Gonna blog about something i personally feel is very sensitive...
so imma gonna interview myself and tell you alll about it, sounds fun?!

I know recently you guys have been pretty curious bout "that thing"/"the tumor"/etc
thats "growing" on my ear

Welp i've FINALLY gotten to see the specialist
and he told me its a keloid!

What the hell is a keloid?:
It is basically a type of scar, that develops due to genes
it is non-contagious
and i got it cuz i got my piercings done (although only one has developed into a keloid...so far)

Does it affect you/cause you inconveniences etc?:
Weeeeeeell sometimes it would cause some random sharp pain (i swear i didnt do anything to it)
In some cases it would cause intense itching but it isnt happening with mine *huge grin*
Those are still bearable what i cant stand is the self esteem partt *sobs*

You gonna get rid of it?:
HELL YEA

How?:
*professional voice*weeeell i got 3 steriods jabs and have an appointment to go back to the hospital again to get moree, it wont really help to completely remove the keliod...
but hopefully it will stop it growing any more and it would soften the tissues so that when the doctor operates on it to remove it (yes an operation, exciting!) it would be easier!

Whats the catch with the removal of "that thing"/any strings attached?:
you mean other than the heavy price tag?
LOOOL the operation's rate of success it 50% or less :/
you see there is a chance of the keloid growing back due to the wound done durinng the operation to remove it in the first place....
alsoo......it could grow back to the same size or even larger...
there are cases out there where people has tried all kinds of cures but their keliods just kept coming back to hunt them O_____O

*sigggggghs* What to do? hope for the best loor anws it aint life threatening so it shhould be okay lah *sobbs again*
